Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of construction, interior fit-out, and renovation projects across Kins properties.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or commercial real estate projects preferred.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with CAD, SketchUp, or other project tools.
