Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and analytical Corporate Development Associate to join their team in Manila.
You will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, driving expansion, managing investor relations, fundraising efforts, and identifying growth opportunities to fuel their continued success.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities in the F&B industry.
- Assist in developing and executing corporate strategies, including expansion plans, partnerships, and new market entry.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investments, partnerships, acquisitions, or fundraising opportunities.
- Support due diligence, valuation, and negotiation processes for mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
- Prepare investor presentations, manage communications with existing and potential investors, and maintain strong relationships to support fundraising efforts.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing fundraising opportunities, including preparing pitch decks, financial projections, and other materials for equity or debt financing.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence and operational capabilities.
- Create compelling presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners to communicate strategic recommendations and financial updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timely execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Finance) and external partners, including investors, to drive initiatives forward.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, management consulting. Experience in the F&B or retail industry is not required.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to investors and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
