They are seeking a highly motivated Events Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of events. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in events management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact events that enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive operational efficiencies while ensuring adherence to budget and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of brand events, consumer events, retail activations and PR events.
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, contract negotiations, and risk management.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison for all event-related matters.
- Drive innovative event experiences by leveraging digital and hybrid event solutions.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for event execution, ensuring seamless operations and attendee satisfaction.
- Monitor event performance, conduct post-event evaluations, and implement continuous improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event technologies to enhance event offerings.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk, and regulatory requirements in all event-related activities.
What They're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 56 years of experience in event management, corporate communications, branding/marketing or related fields.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior executives, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in event management software and digital engagement platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic event requirements.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and event aesthetics.
