Our client is a leading Malaysian manufacturing & trading group.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager Treasury to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, treasury operations, and financial risk management. This role is critical to ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
• Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize the company's liquidity position.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash balances, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and investment strategies.
• Prepare and present treasury reports to the CFO and Co-CEO, providing insights into the company's financial position and risk exposure.
• Implement and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to treasury activities.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the treasury function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, with a preference for candidates from a manufacturing background.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
