Role Overview

The COO will be responsible for overseeing all operational functions, driving profitability, and ensuring excellence across multiple restaurant locations. This leadership role requires a visionary executive with deep expertise in the F&B industry, who can lead scalability, efficiency, and expansion efforts while maintaining the brands quality and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership & Business Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance profitability, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service and quality.
  • Collaborate with the CEO & leadership team to set business goals, expansion plans, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to drive innovation.
2. Financial & P&L Management
  • Take full ownership of the P&L, budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize operational costs, vendor negotiations, and supply chain management to improve margins.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement data-driven strategies to improve restaurant performance.
3. Growth & Expansion
  • Lead new restaurant openings, franchising, and expansion initiatives in Thailand and beyond.
  • Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new technologies, digital transformation, and operational automation.
4. People & Performance Management
  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team across all locations.
  • Drive a strong performance culture, training & developing key leaders in restaurant management.
  • Foster an engaging, customer-focused, and excellence-driven work environment.
5. Customer Experience & Brand Quality
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all outlets.
  • Implement and maintain quality control, hygiene, and operational excellence protocols.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.

Key Requirements

Experience: 15+ years in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (COO, VP of Operations, Head of F&B, etc.).

Industry Expertise: Strong background in restaurant chains, QSR, or fine dining brands.

Leadership & Strategy: Proven track record in leading multi-unit operations, scaling businesses, and optimizing restaurant performance.

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.

Growth Mindset: Experience in expansion strategies, franchise models, or new market entry.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with restaurant technology, POS systems, supply chain automation, and digital transformation.

Language Skills: Fluent in Thai & English.
