Job Overview:
As a sourcing executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of their promotional campaigns by sourcing high quality suppliers, negotiating cost-effective contracts and managing project timelines efficiently.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior / sourcing managers in mass sourcing activities to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Obtain competitive quotes and manage the logistics of sample parcels from China to Malaysia, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Negotiate terms regarding price, quantity and schedules with suppliers.
- Handle sourcing for smaller-value projects independently.
- Prepare comparative analysis of supplier quotes and assist in making informed supplier selections.
- Stay abreast of market trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project success.
- Manage multiple projects timelines, ensuring all the stakeholder requirements are met promptly.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Fresh graduates are encourages to apply; minimum 1 year experience preferred
- Profound understanding of sourcing methodologies and market analysis.
- Exceptional negotiation and influence skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "can do" attitude.
