About the job Business Analyst
Internship period: 3-6 months full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Note: This is an unpaid internship
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the presales team to assist in the creation of persuasive proposals and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of company's solutions.
- Assist the Sales and PSSA teams in gathering and analyzing clients requirements.
- Translate client's needs and business requirements into comprehensive reports for technical specifications and solution recommendations from the Delivery team.
- Support the presales team in conducting product demonstrations and proofs of concept for potential clients.
- Assisting with sales collateral preparation, including case studies, white papers, and solution briefs, tailored to specific industries and client needs.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the analytical process.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to understand their pain points, business challenges, and goals.
Job requirements:
- Fluent in English - IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL iBT 93/ TOEIC 800 or above is a plus
- Good at MS Office
- Good communication, both verbal and written
- Currently studying or just graduated from university with a major related to Business, IT, Information systems, or project management.
- Basic knowledge of requirements analysis, project management, and information technology.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to understand the data flow and interactive reports and dashboards required by the customers.
