Job Description

  • Lead, develop and execute communications and engagement strategies for the Banks strategic priorities
  • Partner with and act as a trusted adviser to key businesses and functions to ensure the internal communications and engagement strategy aligns with banks communications plans and global standards
  • Conceptualise and deliver engaging content across channels including email, the Intranet, newsletters and town halls to reach a diverse workforce
  • Work alongside our HR team to roll out employee engagement campaigns
  • Ensure alignment with HQs programs and campaigns
  • Provide advice and support for branding and issues management

Requirements

  • Minimum a bachelors degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience doing marketing, internal communications, events management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar and hands on experience with running events and creating marketing content
  • Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties (when need be)
