They are now looking for passionate Solar Solutions Consultants to join their growing team in key cities. If you're energetic, customer-focused, and excited about creating real change through clean energy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with homeowners via direct marketing, roadshows, online leads, and referrals.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar and present customized solar proposals.
  • Conduct site assessments (virtually or in person) and liaise with internal technical teams.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent Verdant Solar at events, exhibitions, and client-facing campaigns.

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of direct sales experience in real estate, tech, telco, or household consumer goods.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Self-driven, positive, and highly adaptable.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
  • Comfortable with field work and flexible hours, including weekends/events.
  • Passionate about sustainability and creating real-world impact.
