Job description

  • Understanding the products and applications adopted by the firm
  • Design and deliver innovative solutions based on the clients business requirements and the needs of colleagues during their course of work
  • Configure & test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules
  • Assist customer and/or colleagues in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support
  • Explore new applications, test and implement it firm-wide
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Experts (SME) for resolution on complex designs and solutions
  • Lead training sessions and create custom training agendas
  • Lead meetings and drive issues to resolution

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovate solutions
  • Critical thinking and out-of-the box solution approach
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, out-spoken and being able/willing to work independently with minimum supervisory
  • Team player and good at coordinating with colleagues and/or product vendors in a professional, effective and efficient matter
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in professional service team of accounting firm / IT consulting firms is an advantage
  • Knowledge in the following functions is an added advantage: Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Risk Management, Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management and ERP Integrations., Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management
  • Previous experience with implementing FinTech, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is an advantage
