Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee and deliver end-to-end projects for clients in the advertising and creative sectors. The role requires a strong background in advertising or creative agencies, coupled with experience in research, consulting, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of internal projects, from initiation and planning to execution
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, leveraging insights to guide project development and execution.
- Coordinate creative workflows, ensuring that outputs meet organizational standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges with innovative solutions and contingency plans.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Track and report on project progress, preparing regular updates and post-project evaluations for leadership.
- Drive process improvements across internal operations to enhance efficiency and ensure project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and internal best practices to inform operational strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within advertising, creative agencies, or consulting environments.
- Proven expertise in managing projects involving multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with experience translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
