Role Overview:

As the Head of Agency Business, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our digital marketing agency unit, which serves both SMEs and large corporate clients. You will lead a team of 20 staff across multiple projects (60-80 at any given time) and ensure the successful execution of campaigns, effective resource allocation, and adherence to key performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the agency day-to-day operations and projects, ensuring optimal performance and efficient delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the agency team to meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
  • Design and implement agency workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.
  • Oversee performance metrics such as operating capacity, churn rate, renewal rates, project quality, and profitability.
  • Ensure alignment of agency offerings with client needs and market trends, particularly for SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Foster client relationships, manage key accounts, and handle escalations when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and ensure project alignment with broader company goals.
  • Drive growth strategies for the agency business, aiming to increase client acquisition, retention, and overall revenue.
  • Ensure the agency operates within budget constraints and achieves its financial targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading a digital marketing agency, with a focus on SME clients; experience with corporate clients is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and digital content marketing.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable processes in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a team, along with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and drive business growth without day-to-day input from the founder.
