Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop opportunities for expansion, establishing the restaurant as a key player in fine dining.
• Craft compelling stories that celebrate their culinary journey. Foster relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance visibility.
• Leverage your high-end restaurant network to secure collaborations, events, and partnerships.
• Stay updated on trends within the Michelin and fine dining sectors. Use these insights to drive innovation and strategic decisions.
• Plan and execute high-profile events and promotions to showcase their unique culinary offerings on a global stage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in Business Development and/or Public Relations within the fine dining or hospitality industry. Experience with Michelin-starred establishments or renowned restaurant brands is a strong advantage.
• Extensive connections with restaurateurs, food critics, and influencers.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully expanding restaurant businesses, especially from Asia.
• Deep understanding of Thai cuisine and culture.
