A. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

  • Present and sell marketing solutions to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet clients needs

B. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met

C. Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them

  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to create compelling advertising solutions

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

D. Pitch Deck Development and Negotiation:

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximise profitability while meeting client expectations

  • Close sales deals and ensure smooth handover to the account management team

E. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward sales goals

F. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing efforts.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of overall sales strategies

  • Coordinate team outputs to ensure that contract deliverables are met

G. Growth and Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sales strategies and processes

  • Experiment with new platforms, tools, and techniques to drive sales and growth
