Key Responsibilities

Culture-First Organization

  • Work with management to define the firms Core Values and ensure it is effectively communicated and integrated within the firm.
  • Organize quarterly events including annual company trips that support team building.
  • Organize Industry knowledge sharing sessions monthly.

Talent Management (recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining employees)

  • Work with management and CFO on headcount planning.
  • Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees.
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Recruitment & Networking

  • Design and implement a recruitment and networking system to attract the best talent.
  • Maintain and grow a warm pool of candidates for key roles at all times.
  • Build external relationships in general, along with specific relationships and deep relationships.
  • Arrange and host events for networking (some of these tasks will be in collaboration with the IR/PR team).

Learning & Development

  • Work with management to identify the whole teams development needs based on the Company's vision and goals.
  • Update employee performance reviews, development plan, professional development and training for all employees.
  • Work with the Organizational Psychologist on employees personal development.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensure compensation & benefits scheme is implemented and adjust as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure the organization is compliant with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
  • Stay updated with the industry's compensation to ensure ours is competitive.

HR Best Practices

  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes in labor laws, new technologies in HR and apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
  • Administer the routine administration of HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety.
  • Assist in managing monthly payroll.

Employee Handbook & Policies

  • Modify policies including the employee handbook as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Compliance to ensure the Groups policies are compliant and integrated into the firm smoothly.

Experience

  • Atleast 7+ years' experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Preferably has had exposure/experience to the finance/investment industry or a Startup background.
  • Great people skills and network that can do hands-on work
  • Basic IT skills & software knowledge
  • Fluent in Thai & English
  • Must be based in Bangkok
  • Thai Nationals only
