About the client
Our client is a leading Securities Finance Corporation (SFC) in Thailand. Their mission is to be the main source of securities funding for both securities companies and investors. It was established to complete credit services for securities financing in accordance with the needs of securities business and support the government policies to help and develop the country's securities and capital market businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
- Complete securitisation feasibility study; both bank and Board of directors.
- Complete setup of joint venture to prepare; JV shareholders
structure, draft agreement, Board of Directors approval and launch service platform proposal for clients. - Increase new wholesale and funding clients by 3 new clients.
2. Project & Product Development
- Responsible for market research and analysis and product development.
Conduct feasibility analysis. - Seek market opportunity to create value to the business in a sustainable way.
3. MKTG& PR/ MarCom
- Responsible for marketing strategy development, public relations, brand, and company image as well as internal and external communication to boost the reputation and drives sales and business values.
4. Retail Business Development
- Responsible for retail business development and retail business relationship management
- Building network and new business with the targeted business.
