About the client
Our client is one of Thailand's top-tier Thai restaurant group delivering authentic Thai flavors with modern sensibility. With over 60 outlets and multiple brands, including a well known Thai Street food brand, they've built a recipe for success both domestically and internationally.
The Role
They're looking for someone to shape and the new, famous Thai street-food brand. You'll help build the brand : brand identity, positioning, campaigns, and activations.
What You'll Do
- Brand strategy and implement brand action plans (Local & International) with follow ups (monthly / annually) with operation teams, branches and other departments.
- Define consumer groups with special needs and wants; ensure they receive the right marketing messages.
- Provide data-driven strategic planning in annual brand plan development with clear understanding of consumer insights, market intelligence and brand.
- Develop effective marketing and communication plans to launch/ promote NPD and promotions to grow main Turns and Sub-Turn & Sub NPD
- Work closely with R&D and Chef team to understand consumer needs, insight and align market trend to identify and deliver impactful NPD with oriented results proven by sales.
- Lead timely and excellent execution with internal teams of all marketing activities (ie. digital, OOH, events, visibility, PR) within agreed budget and time.
- Manage media, PR, digital marketing, KOLs and social media as assigned brands to achieve target (audience, frequency, engagement) with cooperation with digital media planner.
- Build relation and business plan with strategic partners, suppliers and industry experts to maintain the efficiencies of marketing and sales.
- Supervise and control communication online and offline timeline to be in line with brand guideline and make sure that they are all timely completed.
- Monitor and oversee operational teams to ensure the prosperity of brands targets achievement, along with great cooperation and support to maintain brand standard and service.
- Responsible to A&P budget planning, spending, tracking and evaluation of assigned brands with compliance to SOP.
- Monitor and analyze own brands, comparing to competitors brands in order to continuously provide insightful recommendations.
- Leverages different sources to understand consumer and customer needs, trends, behaviors, market landscape and competitor movement to generate actionable insights for brand plan and any business recommendation to stakeholders.
Who You Are
- 4-5 years in brand management, ideally within F&B (especially QSR, street food).
- Strong understanding of Thai culinary culture and consumer behavior.
- Creative, agile, with hands-on experience in execution.
- Great at cross-functional collaboration, data-driven, and fluent in Thai and English.
