Overview
This person becomes the anchor for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision support. They'll work closely with senior leadership to keep the organisation financially healthy and ready for scale.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and quarter-end closing, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall treasury planning.
• Partner with business heads to support pricing, cost management, and investment decisions.
• Oversee tax compliance, audits, and regulatory filings with external partners.
• Evaluate financial risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead or support ERP and finance system improvements.
• Manage and mentor a small internal finance team (depending on level).

Requirements

• 6-12+ years of experience for Manager/Director levels, ideally in tech, digital, VC-backed, or high-growth environments.
• Strong FP&A, reporting, and business partnering experience.
• Familiar with Vietnam accounting, tax and regulatory frameworks.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving structures.
• English proficiency; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
