Job Summary
As a Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and creative execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand equity and drive business growth. You are a storyteller, a strategist, and an activator someone who blends analytical insight with creative passion to bring brands closer to people. Your mission is to turn strategy into powerful campaigns that inspire, engage, and deliver results.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the long-term brand strategy and annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision.
- Define and strengthen the brand positioning, identity, and communication strategy, ensuring consistency and differentiation across all channels.
- Plan, manage, and execute brand activation campaigns including on-ground
events, experiential marketing, influencer partnerships, digital and social campaigns, and in-store activations from concept to completion. - Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, Media, and Trade Marketing teams to deliver cohesive and compelling brand experiences across all touchpoints.
- Supervise the creative development process, ensuring all content, visuals, and messaging align with brand guidelines and drive emotional engagement.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis and consumer research to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities that inform brand and campaign strategies.
- Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
- Define and track brand KPIs, prepare post-campaign evaluations, and drive
continuous improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners creative agencies, production houses, event organizers, and media vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Champion a culture of innovation and creative excellence, proactively proposing fresh ideas to enhance brand love and market relevance.
Skill, Experience & Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing/Brand Activation, preferably within FMCG, lifestyle, or agency environments. - Proven track record in creative campaign development and brand activation
leadership. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a keen creative eye.
- Deep understanding of consumer insights, communication channels, and experiential marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and integrated
marketing communication. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
- Passion for creativity, storytelling, and pushing boundaries.
