Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals to successfully meet sales objectives.
  • Architect and implement a successful Go-to-Market strategy, engaging potential clients through compelling presentations and strategic networking to expand their market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer segmentation data to formulate and execute actionable strategies that optimise sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Track record of exceeding B2B sales targets over a 3-5 year period. Ideal candidates will have achieved this success within sectors like Fintech, SaaS, AI, Tech, or BPO Collection.
  • Native proficiency in Thai and business fluency in English are required.
  • An enthusiastic, responsible, and results-driven executor with sharp critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A strong negotiator with excellent business-focused communication skills.
  • Experience adapting and thriving in a multicultural, international company environment is highly valued.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
