Commercial & Scope Management
- Coordinate quotation preparation and gather required cost inputs from internal teams and external partners.
- Track quotation value, estimated margin, project costs and approved variations.
- Identify scope changes early and ensure approval is obtained before additional or unplanned work proceeds.
- Maintain awareness of project profitability and flag any risks that may affect commercial performance.
- Support accurate weekly reporting on project status, commercial position, risks and required decisions.
Client Growth & Opportunity Support
- Identify potential follow-on work within existing client relationships.
- Support the preparation of opportunity briefs for new projects or additional services.
- Work with senior team members to ensure emerging opportunities are properly documented and progressed.
Team & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate internal marketing, research, creative and project resources across assigned work.
- Manage approved external specialists, vendors and production partners against agreed scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Support clear communication between all project stakeholders to reduce delays, rework and missed commitments.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing execution or project management.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing, branding, events, POSM, packaging, digital, fulfilment or related project-based work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, multiple timelines, budgets, approvals and external partners.
- Working knowledge of quotations, cost tracking, margins, scope control and project-risk management.
- Strong written and spoken English, with confidence leading client and internal project meetings.
- Proficiency in project-tracking tools, Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience working with consumer-facing brands, retail environments or fast-moving project teams would be advantageous.
Key Skills
- Strong ownership and follow-through.

- Commercial awareness and attention to scope and margin.
- Early identification and escalation of project risks.
- Clear briefing, documentation and status reporting.
- Calm problem-solving under time pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a growing team where processes continue to evolve.
