IT Project Manager

In this pivotal role, youll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact technology projects ith a strong emphasis on application development initiatives, orchestrating collaboration between IT, business teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution from planning to post-launch. Youll be at the center of project leadership, driving progress, resolving challenges, and ensuring that every milestone is achieved with quality, efficiency, and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• PMO Excellence: Lead project delivery teams, track progress, and provide clear, timely reporting to senior management.
• Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables; facilitate regular technical team meetings; monitor and report progress and status.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Client & Presales Support: Partner with presales teams on RFPs and maintain active engagement with clients throughout delivery.
• Operational Readiness: Coordinate production fixes outside standard hours and oversee post-launch performance monitoring.
• Executive Communication: Create and deliver impactful presentations for project kick-offs, phase gates, and delivery milestones.
• Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage budgets, resource allocation, and third-party procurement relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, and other teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment.
• Team Development: Mentor junior team members and act as a business analyst when required, supporting requirements gathering and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale application development projects successfully.
• Minimum 10 years IT project management experience across diverse stakeholders.
• At least 8 years in IT operations management, ensuring robust and reliable infrastructure.
• Strong background in technology solution implementation.
• Highly resourceful, creative, and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
• Exceptional written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and organize cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Professional certification in project management, business analysis, or a related discipline preferred.
