Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition
Location: Dubai, UAE
Were working with a prominent institution at the heart of the regions financial and innovation ecosystem as they look to appoint a Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of the organisations hiring strategy, talent acquisition operations, and employer brand.
As a member of the senior HR leadership team, youll be responsible for building a world-class recruitment function that supports ambitious growth goals, enhances candidate experience, and strengthens the organisations market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy and Leadership
Define and lead the talent acquisition strategy across all business functions
Partner with executive leadership and HRBPs to shape workforce planning and hiring priorities
Build scalable frameworks for recruitment delivery, candidate engagement, and process efficiency
Team Development and Performance
Lead and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team
Drive accountability and alignment through KPIs, reporting, and regular reviews
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Senior and Executive Hiring
Personally oversee the hiring of leadership and critical roles across the organisation
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design bespoke search strategies for complex mandates
Serve as a strategic advisor on market mapping and succession planning
Employer Brand and Talent Marketing
Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal communications and marketing
Promote the brand as an employer of choice across digital platforms, partnerships, and industry events
Stay close to external talent trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Technology and Process Excellence
Oversee recruitment systems and technology, ensuring a modern and data-driven approach
Implement tools that enhance speed, quality of hire, and the overall candidate journey
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Experience
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of building and leading TA teams in complex, high-growth environments
Experience across both corporate and commercial hiring is essential
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at board and C-level
Deep understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and workforce planning
Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, analytics, and emerging TA technologies
