As a Legal Associate, youll be part of a small, highly capable legal function supporting high-impact projects at the intersection of crypto, fintech, and global regulation. Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters, with a strong focus on fintech and crypto exchange regulations.
• Draft and review a variety of legal documents including commercial agreements, technology contracts, and compliance frameworks.
• Stay ahead of global developments in crypto and stablecoin regulation, and translate insights into actionable internal strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure legal alignment across product, operations, and compliance.
• Contribute to the legal structuring and documentation of new blockchain-related initiatives.

About You

• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally with exposure to fintech, blockchain, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of crypto-related regulatory environments and the ability to apply legal principles to emerging tech use cases.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and tech-related contracts.
• Naturally curious and proactive when it comes to researching evolving areas of law, particularly within fintech and digital currency.
• Comfortable working in a lean legal team and contributing to cross-functional projects.
