Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for wireless and satellite communication systems, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting technical standards.

System-Level Design:

• Oversee and contribute to the system-level design, including network topologies, protocols, and the integration of wireless and satellite technologies into broader infrastructures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, business stakeholders, and external partners to define project scope, technical requirements, and milestones.

Technical Guidance:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring the technical feasibility of designs and identifying potential risks.

Project Planning & Risk Management:

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Proactively manage risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Ensure quality standards and testing protocols are maintained, including rigorous validation to meet industry and regulatory standards.

Customer Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 8+ years of technical project management experience in the wireless communication industry, with a strong focus on satellite communication systems.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects, with experience using project management tools like JIRA or MS Project.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of wireless communication principles and satellite communication technologies, including ground stations, transponders, frequency planning, and network architectures (LEO, MEO, GEO satellite networks).
• Familiarity with protocols like DVB, SCPC, and IP-based systems.

Key Skills & Certifications:

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Agile or Scrum Master certification.
• Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and budget creation.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Global project experience and the ability to manage international teams are advantageous.
