In this role, you will oversee the continuous operation of MT4 and MT5 systems while managing the firms trading books across multiple asset classes. You will ensure the organization stays within defined risk parameters and actively monitor market trends, trading systems, and client activity to optimize performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the firms trading books across FX, CFDs, and other asset classes to ensure risk adherence.
• Oversee MT4/MT5 platforms, including configurations, quotes management, and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor pricing, liquidity providers (LPs), and client trading activity to identify and investigate suspicious trades.
• Generate and analyze trading statistics, reconcile reports, and handle market updates and system upgrades.
• Follow up with LPs, banks, and prime brokers as required to resolve transactions.
• Assist the client-facing team with trading-related inquiries and provide operational support.
• Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of FX, CFDs, Equities, Cryptos, and Spreadbets.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Working experience with MT4 and MT5 platforms (Manager, Administrator, Trader). Experience with cTrader is a plus.
• Knowledge of trading technology (bridge systems, aggregators, liquidity providers) is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (morning, evening, and occasional night shifts).
• Strong numerical and logical thinking with stress resistance.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Technical knowledge of markets and comfort with IT systems and trading technology.
