About the job IT Change Manager
In this high-impact role, youll lead change management efforts for strategic IT and application development initiatives, ensuring that technology transformations are embraced, understood, and successfully adopted across the business. Youll partner with project managers, developers, and business leaders to design and deliver change strategies that bridge the gap between technical solutions and the people who use them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Leadership: Act as the IT Change Enablement and Delivery Lead for strategic, company-wide projects, with a focus on application development initiatives.
- Communication & Engagement: Design and implement targeted communication strategies that clearly articulate process and people changes to diverse stakeholders.
- Change Readiness: Assess organizational readiness, identify potential resistance, and develop approaches to support smooth transitions.
- Process Design: Define and document simplified, user-centric processes aligned to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Adoption Measurement: Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness and adoption, gather feedback, and recommend adjustments.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide tools, guidance, and structured support to help teams navigate change confidently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT delivery teams, product managers, and business units to ensure change activities are embedded in project plans.
- Culture Building: Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making across IT.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience delivering change management within large-scale technology transformation programs, including application development projects.
- Strong background in organizational change management or similar roles in tech-driven environments.
- Skilled communicator, able to simplify complex change for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid IT delivery models.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery across multiple projects.
- Formal change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is an advantage.
- Exposure to product development, IT service management, innovation processes, compliance frameworks, and data-driven practices.
