Junior Disposition / Sales Support Associate (Real Estate Investor)

We are seeking a Junior Disposition (Sales Support) Associate to join a fast-growing real estate investment team. This role will focus heavily on buyer outreach, deal marketing, and supporting the in-house acquisitions/dispositions pipeline.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong buyers list, promoting active deals, and ensuring our inventory is effectively marketed across multiple channels. This is a phone-heavy, high-activity role requiring strong communication skills and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential buyers (200–300 calls per day)
• Build and maintain an active buyers list
• Send email blasts for new deals via CRM
• Post new property listings for sale on Facebook and other social platforms
• Respond to inquiries about active deals and listings
• Text new deal alerts to buyers and social channels
• Spend approximately 75% of the day on the phones

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Experience in real estate, sales, or call center roles is a plus
• Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven

Schedule

• Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
