- Job Title: Real Estate - Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist (100% Work From Home)
- Location: Remote LATAM
- Position Type: Full-time
- Salary: $1,100 - $1500 USD/month + Commissions
- Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST), depending on client's location
Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Follow-up Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and ensuring effective communication throughout the property acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with leads generated by our team, nurturing connections, and providing valuable support to facilitate successful transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails with homeowners to provide information and gather necessary details.
- Nurture relationships with potential sellers and guide them through the property acquisition process.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth and timely communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments for property assessments and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of at least 1 year of work experience as a Follow-Up Specialist, Lead Manager, or Acquisition Specialist of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company
- Experience in managing/coaching Real Estate Cold Callers is a plus.
- Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling
- Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Real Estate CRMs
