Job Title: Real Estate - Follow-Up Specialist
(100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: USD 1,600 - 1,900 /month (based on experience)
Schedule: M-F 9am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time
About Our Client:

Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking and writing)***
- Extensive Real Estate experience
- Previous experience in a bilingual communications role is preferred
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- 2+ years of phone or call center experience preferred
- Highly organized, ability to follow processes, great communication skills required
- Technology-driven & ability to learn quickly required
- Self-motivation and drive required
- Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, - -- Excel and Podio CRM
Equipment Requirements:
o Dual Monitor Computer (at least i5 processor)
o Back-Up Power / Generator, Backup internet and Back Up Device
o Dedicated Workspace
o Internet Speed at least 50mbps for both main and back-up
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communications
- Regularly follow up with sellers (outbound calls) - gather information, and identify additionals needs that may be detrimental for the closer to properly close the deal
- Respond promptly to all sales leads, providing accurate and detailed information about our process - to increase sales
- Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
2. Lead Nurturing
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to maintain engagement with potential sellers who have shown interest but not yet under contract
- Timely and accurate response to calls, texts, online chats and emails
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress of leads, updating internal tracker
- Provide suggestions for opportunities to close a sale
- Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
3. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring details are properly documented in the CRM system
- Generate regular reports on follow up activities, closing rates and other key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other team members to align follow up strategies with overall business objectives
4. Goal Achievement
- Set and achieve follow-up and revenue generations targets established by the leadership
- Continuously assess and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales goals (KPIs)
5. Adaptability
- Adapt communication and follow-up approaches based on the unique needs and preferences of each lead
- Stay flexible in adjusting strategies to accommodate changing market dynamics
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems / technologies
