Job Title: Real Estate - Inside Sales Agent
(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,280 USD/month + Bonus Commision

Schedule:

All times are Eastern Standard Time zone.
Monday to Friday: 8 AM 6:00 PM (2-hour break + Paid Rest
Break)
Saturday hours: 10 AM - 3 PM
Whenever a client needs assistance or business demands require
additional hours

Job Duties:
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outbound/inbound calls, texts, and emails to set high-quality appointments
- Cultivate relationships to convert leads to appointment sets for agents
- Work CRM Stages and Manage the sales database through the sales cycle
- Work with the ISA team for continued growth and development
- Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Qualify and nurture all leads provided by the company
- Consistently generate results by maintaining quality follow up
- Track and report activity/results on a daily basis
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management
- Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
- Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
- Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific
systems/technologies
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially

Position Requirements and Skills:
- Must have a business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
