Salary: $1900 - $2500/month + Team bonus on performance of team

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for achieving and surpassing targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive team performance, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, set sales targets, and ensure team members meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics aligned with company goals to expand market reach and drive revenue.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor the sales pipeline, lead conversion rates, and overall team performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, team performance, and forecasts to present to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in call center sales, with a background in leadership or management role.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven Record: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office, and familiar with real estate software (e.g., MLS, Podio, siLE).
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
