Job Details:

Position: Affiliate Manager
Salary: $6 per hour
Work-type: Full-time
Schedule: TBD. This will be in US Business Hours (EST/CST/MST/PST)
Training is paid

Affiliate Managers will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with affiliates, driving partner performance, and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies. This role requires an energetic and persuasive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with partners to achieve mutual success. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications
- Good Conversation Skills for Zoom Call Meetings with Potential Affiliate Partners
- Great Communication Skills - Both Oral and Written
- Business Development/Inside Sales Experience - Cold Email Outreach, Phone Outreach, Social Media Outreach
- Experience in Setting up and Using Calendar Invites
- Highly Organized - Keep track of Affiliate Pipeline, Promotions, Data Reports
- Critical Thinking and Solution Driven Decision Making
- Extreme Attention To Detail - Testing funnels, Order Forms, Reviewing Email Copy, etc.

Software Proficiency
- Google Drives/Spreadsheets
- Go High Level, CRMs (KEAP), First Promotor, etc. (a plus but not required)
- Zoom
- Calendar Scheduler
- Slack

Social Media Proficiency
- Facebook
- Instagram

Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics.
- Develop promotional strategies and marketing materials for affiliates.
- Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentives.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address affiliate concerns.
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and partner needs.
- Maintain accurate records of affiliate activities and communications.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams for campaign execution.
