Job Title: Executive Assistant/Tech Support with GHL & Real Estate Experience
(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Part-time to Full-time

Salary: $640/month (will be 1280/month once you go full-time)

Schedule: M-F 1-5 PM PST. Will transition to full-time possibly in 1-2 months


Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing calendars, emails, meetings, and operational workflows, and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a significant advantage, as the role includes administrative tasks that may require working within the GHL platform to support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Core GHL Administrative Tasks (if applicable) - We can provide needed.

  • Contact Management: Ensure accurate and organized data entry, update contact details, and manage custom fields in GHL.
  • Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups: Manage automated fqqqqollow-up sequences, personalize responses as needed, and track engagement.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Regularly update pipelines, assign leads to correct stages, and provide status updates to leadership.
  • Workflow Automation (Optional): Build simple workflows to streamline client management, task assignments, and campaign sequences (a plus).

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar & Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings across multiple time zones.
  2. Email & Communication: Oversee inboxes, prioritize messages, and draft or proofread professional correspondence.
  3. Meeting Prep & Follow-Up: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items.
  4. Reporting & Analysis: Compile, analyze, and present reports or performance metrics for leadership.
  5. Team Coordination: Act as a liaison, ensure clear communication, and manage task delegation among team members.
  6. Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  7. Research & Special Projects: Conduct research on various topics and support ad hoc initiatives as needed.
  8. Customer Relations: Engage with clients, resolve concerns, and provide outstanding customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • at least 1 year Executive Assistant experience
  • With real estate knowledge and experience
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience with GHL and WooSender
  • Proficient in office tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
