Job Title: Executive Assistant
(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $960 - $1280 USD/month

Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST) , depending per client

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of remote work experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
• Experience in Real Estate Wholesaling is a plus
• Keen to details
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact a high-level executive
• Complete office management tasks such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
• Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
• Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive
• Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties
• Admin Tasks such as General Administrative Tasks, Cold Caller Management
  Tasks,
• Marketing Tasks and Advance Lead Management Tasks.

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop (Processor must be at least i3, OS must be at least Windows 10)
• Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds must be above 10 mbps)
• Backup Computer (any accessible computer in case of issues with main computer)
• Backup Internet Connection (any alternative connection such as backup loaction in
• case of issues with main internet provider)
• USB Noise-canceling Headset
