Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to engage with local businesses in Tennessee and Georgia. This role involves outbound sales, cold calling, and managing advertiser relationships for 9x12 postcard mailing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling Reach out to homeowners and local businesses, including restaurants, home services, and law firms, to pitch our exclusive postcard mailing opportunity.
  • Sales & Client Management Present campaign details, collect payment, gather ad copy, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Email & Social Media Outreach Conduct email marketing and Facebook messaging (campaigns set up by the company).
  • CRM & Follow-ups Keep advertisers organized, manage the CRM system, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Lead Management Call and nurture leads to drive conversions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional English skills (preferably an expat or someone with a near-native American accent).
  • Proven sales experience (1-2 years tenure with at least one previous company).
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Fast learner with the ability to absorb training quickly and apply strategies effectively
