Job Title: Real Estate - Acquisition Specialist
(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1280 - $1600 USD/month + commissions

Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST), depending on the client

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as an Acquisition Specialist of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company.
• Expert in Real Estate Wholesaling
• Knows how to run comps and close deals
• Keen to details
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:

• Taking live calls from homeowners/ live call transfers from Cold Callers/LIS or FUS and assisting them in making offers on their homes.
• Using the MLS/Propstream to understand the market and make proper offers on homes.
• Running Comparables.
• Making the Offer.
• Lead follow-ups and nurture Put deals under contract.
• Drafting and sending the contract to the seller for signing
• Working with Transactions and Dispositions in completing necessary details in closing the deal

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop (Processor must be at least i3, OS must be at least Windows 10)
• Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds must be above 10 mbps)
• Backup Computer (any accessible computer in case of issues with main computer)
