Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $960 - $1200/month + Commissions
- Commission:
$0 - $60,999: 2% commission - $61,000 - $100,999: 3% commission
- $100,000 - $150,000: 3.5% commission
- bonus programs to award consistency
Schedule: Mon-Fri 10am - 7:30pm CST (tentative)
Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating real estate investment opportunities. You will work closely with the acquisitions team to
source potential properties, conduct due diligence and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and
collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging in real-time conversations with homeowners, including live call transfers from Cold Callers/LIS or FUS, and providing assistance in the process of submitting offers for their homes.
- Using the MLS/Propstream to understand the market and make proper offers on homes.
- Running Comparables
- Build and maintain relationships with home sellers
- Negotiate purchase agreements. Put deals under contract!
- Drafting and sending the contract to the seller for signing
- Collaborate with Transactions and Dispositions in completing necessary details in closing the deal
- Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company
- Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling
- Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Real Estate market trends and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Proficient in real estate CRMs (Podio, MLS)
- Confortable about speaking about numbers with people
- Ready Mode and Monday.com knowledge a plus
- Good negotiator
