Job Title: Executive Assistant (Real Estate/Retail)

  • Schedule: 8AM-5PM PST

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client in managing both professional and personal tasks. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong ability to take initiative. If you have extensive administrative experience, customer service, retail knowledge, and basic social media skills, this could be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client with personal matters and tasks as needed.
  • Manage the clients calendar, emails, and personal phone calls.
  • Handle vendor orders and coordinate with restaurants, convenience stores, and other vendors.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Conduct research on new vendors and set up preliminary meetings.
  • Step in for cold calls or follow-up service (FUS) calls when necessary, providing backup support to the existing team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Administrative/Executive Admin experience supporting CEO's or Managers
    • Extensive customer service background.
    • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
    • Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
    • Familiarity with tools like OpenPhone and Monday.com is preferred
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Ability to take directions well.
    • Proactive and resourceful.
    • Not sensitive to constructive feedback.
