Job Title: Real Estate - Acquisition Specialist
(100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,280/month + 2% commissions per every closed deal
Schedule: Eastern Standard Time
- Monday: 2:00PM to 8PM
- Tuesday: 9AM to 6PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9AM to 8PM (2hrs lunch)
- Friday: 9AM to 5PM
- Saturdays (1st and 3rd): 9AM to 1PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close real estate opportunities through proactive outreach and negotiations.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support acquisition strategies.
- Manage and update property databases using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Podio.
- Communicate effectively with sellers
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Ensure all acquisitions meet company standards and align with business goals.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Adapt quickly to new programs, tools, and processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have lived in the U.S. and possess native-level English communication skills with no detectable accent.
- Currently residing in South America or Central America to align with similar timezones.
- Strong sales background, particularly in real estate, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- A positive attitude and exceptional phone skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Quick learner, especially with programs, websites, and CRM tools like Podio.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player with a strong desire to excel in a sales-driven environment.
