(100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,120 USD/month
Schedule: M-F 9am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time

Requirements:
- Extensive Real Estate Experience and Property Evaluation
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as BatchLeads
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Fluency in English (Cold Calling experience highly preferred)
- Highly organized, ability to follow processes, great communication skills required
- Technology-driven and ability to learn quickly
Equipment Requirements:
o Dual Monitor Computer (at least i5 processor)
o Back-Up Power / Generator, Backup internet and Back Up Device
o Dedicated Workspace
o Internet Speed at least 50mbps for both main and back-up
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-the-ground research and canvassing in designated neighborhoods to identify potential properties and opportunities
- Utilize the Driving 4 Dollars platform to spot properties that may be suitable for acquisition, investment, or client interest
- Leverage BathLeads software to streamline the lead generation process
- Input and manage data related to identified properties, ensuring accurate and
up-to-date information
- Use BatchLeads tools to analyze and evaluate the potential of each lead based on criteria such as property condition, ownership status, foreclosures, etc
- Make outbound calls to potential leads when further information or clarification is needed
- Engage with potential sellers to gather necessary details and verify lead information
- Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria and company standards
- Prioritize leads that demonstrate high potential for conversion and alignment with business objectives
- Maintain a database of qualified leads and ensure all relevant details are recorded and easily accessible
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and improvements
- Provide feedback on tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
