Position: Executive Assistant 

Important Note: Unlike our Direct Hire job vacancies, this role will be managed by HYPR Service itself and will be supported by our Operations Team.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Remote Executive Assistant.
  • Real Estate experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compensation Details:

  • Salary: $800 monthly if full-time, $400 if 20hrs/week,  ($5/hr)
  • Schedule: Availability to work Full-Time or Part-time based on client demands.
  • Payments are issued bi-weekly through Wise/Paypal/Payoneer.

Tasks (may depend per client):

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and engage with social media posts to maintain an active online presence.
  • Calendar Management: Organize schedules, schedule appointments, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Email Management: Sort, respond, and organize emails to maintain an efficient inbox.
  • CRM Management: Update details, generate reports, and ensure tasks are completed within the CRM system.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • General Admin Tasks: Remotely handle data entry, document formatting, and file organization.

Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop or PC (with i3 processor or higher, and Windows 10 operating system).
  • Stable wired internet connection (speed exceeding 20 Mbps for both download and upload).
  • Backup computer and internet source for immediate use in case of issues.
  • USB noise-canceling headset and webcam.
