Job Title: Real Estate - Transaction Coordinator
(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $960 - $1280 USD/month 

Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST) , depending per client

Qualifications: 

  • At least 1 year of work experience as Transaction Coordinator of a US-based Real Estate Company.
  • Keen to details
  • Computer literate

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating appointments and juggling schedules
  • Shepherding the closing process and tracking deadlines
  • Streamlining document organization and overseeing the execution of contracts and disclosures
  • Addressing inquiries from various parties involved in the transaction

Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop/Desktop (Processor must be at least i3, OS must be at least Windows 10)
  • Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds must be above 10 mbps)
