Job Title: Real Estate - Follow Up Specialist
(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1120 - $1600 USD/month + Possible bonus commissions

Schedule:  US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST), depending on the client

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as a Follow Up Specialist, Lead Manager, Inside Sales, Disposition Specialist, or Acquisition Specialist of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company.
• Expert in Real Estate Wholesaling
• Keen to details
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:

• Answer any phone calls and filter out the leads.
• Follow up with existing leads within CRM from all Marketing Sources.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Team on the group calendar
• Collaborate with the Admin and Sales Team
• Create a warm handoff for the Sales Team to connect with viable leads.
• Conduct quality assurance follow up calls/surveys with leads
• Follow up on appointments that have been completed by Acquisitions.
• Follow up on any cold/dying and attempt to revive them.
• Lead Generation
• Updates KPIs every week

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop (Processor must be at least i3, OS must be at least Windows 10)
• Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds must be above 10 mbps)
• Backup Computer (any accessible computer in case of issues with main computer)
• Backup Internet Connection (any alternative connection such as backup loaction in
• case of issues with main internet provider)
