Job Title: Real Estate - Closer (Acquisitions / Dispositions)
(100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1200 - $1600/USD + Commissions per every closed deal
Schedule: PST/MST/CST/EST (Depending on the client)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and build a pipeline of potential properties.
- Property Evaluation: Analyze property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase terms and secure favorable contracts.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with sellers, agents, and stakeholders.
1. Acquisitions:
- Create Buyers List: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including listing on MLS, social media, and other platforms.
- Buyer Engagement: Identify, qualify, and manage relationships with potential buyers or investors.
- Negotiation: Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts to achieve the best terms for the company.
- Transaction Management: Coordinate all aspects of the sales process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing documentation.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to price properties competitively and attract buyers.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as acquisitions and operations, to ensure a seamless property sale process.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to buyers to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
2. Dispositions
Qualifications:
- Must have lived in the U.S. and possess native-level English communication skills with no detectable accent.
- Currently residing in South America or Central America to align with similar timezones.
- Strong sales background, particularly in real estate, with a proven track record of succes with US Clients
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- A positive attitude and exceptional phone skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Quick learner, especially with programs, websites, and CRM tools like Podio.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player with a strong desire to excel in a sales-driven environment.
