Our client is a global fintech that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

  1. Strong leadership in the Fintech industry to develop positioning and brand as an executive, trusted advisor, and thought leader in the market. Influence the mindset of customers by challenging the status quo, bringing innovative ideas, and showcasing the unique role the company can play.
  2. A key driver of enabling new business models; bring executive expertise to remove barriers and bring market trends to customer senior leadership teams, enabling a shared vision on their innovation journey.
  3. Capture, consolidate, and share industry-specific best-practice knowledge, both internally within the company and with global/industry ecosystems and associations, to leverage the ecosystem's strength and maximize the company's impact.
  4. Understand the unique requirements of customers and partners from key industries (Financial Services, Telecommunications, Public Sector, Digital Native, etc.); help define their business and technical solutions/architecture based on the company's products and services (business/financial security, digital banking, financial cloud, intelligent marketing, AI agents, and other solutions), ensuring solutions meet customers' business needs and compliance requirements.
  5. Technical Communication and Demonstration — provide technical communication and product demos for customers; introduce software functions, technical architecture, and advantages clearly; answer customers' technical questions; support the sales team with pre-sales technical advice and enhance customer confidence in the product.
  6. Solutions Ownership and Product Optimization — collect overseas market trends, customer feedback, and competitor intel; feed this back to the product development team; suggest function optimizations and version upgrades for financial-industry software products to better fit overseas markets and competitive environments.
  7. Project Implementation and Delivery Support — during implementation, work closely with development/implementation teams to provide technical guidance and solution explanations; help resolve technical difficulties; ensure the payment system deploys and launches smoothly per the design plan and operates stably; participate in project acceptance checks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. Experienced in banking, insurance, securities, or financial services solution domains—especially how the industry works, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  3. In-depth understanding of the technical landscape and ecosystem; demonstrated ability to guide customers through digital transformation via innovation methodologies.
  4. Ability to convince customers' C-level executives and hand-hold them through digital transformation step by step.
  5. Familiarity with any major fintech domain, cloud, and AI platforms.

  6. Able to work under pressure and think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
  7. Fluent in English; Mandarin is a big plus. Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading, and editing, with the ability to create documentation expressing fintech solutions and architectures using text and diagrams.
