Our client is a global fintech that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

  1. Own the PMO function for digital technology delivery projects—from strategic goal breakdown and strategy setting through project execution—using integrated project management practices to ensure key business objectives are successfully delivered.
  2. Tailor project management strategies and process mechanisms to the characteristics of each business line; systematically empower the organization and projects while improving the lifecycle capability of the 
  3. Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process.
  4. Lead the development of a proactive project risk management system; collaborate with business and product teams through project reviews, inspections, and satisfaction interviews to identify and address issues promptly.

  5. Build a digital project delivery dashboard; establish the assets, services, products, technical, and delivery information required to provide effective decision support and drive timely communication and execution of decisions.
  6. Align role planning and capture best practices across projects; drive the continuous improvement and effectiveness of project management strategy and culture.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in large-scale internet, AI, cloud computing, or senior management environments, with a proven track record of leading successful projects or project portfolios valued at tens of millions (RMB).
  2. Experience building PMO systems; familiar with PMO operating mechanisms and value positioning, with a customer-centric mindset and service design experience.
  3. Experience in process planning and system development; deep understanding of data analysis; strong decision-making and data management capabilities; familiar with project and portfolio management methodologies and tools.
  4. Industry expertise is preferred, with financial services project experience considered an advantage.
  5. Strong negotiation skills when working with external stakeholders and excellent cross-functional coordination abilities.
  6. Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork, and a high level of self-motivation.
