Smart Hardware Product Expert

Our client is a global fintech that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

1. Own smart hardware product planning and design, spanning software, AI, and hardware integration. Lead the development of the hardware supplier, channel partner, and industry service provider ecosystem.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, incorporating insights into product design and execution to drive innovation and strengthen product competitiveness.
3. Drive the commercialization of smart hardware products. Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to accelerate commercialization and take ownership of commercial outcomes.
4. Build device monitoring and management systems. Continuously iterate based on data and user feedback to optimize AI model performance on hardware and enhance product competitiveness.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in IoT or smart hardware products. Experience spanning software, AI, and digital human technologies is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of smart hardware products, with expertise in product planning. Deep specialization or domain experience in a relevant product area is preferred.
3. Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercialized hardware + AI products and successfully driving commercialization. Experience in smart device products is preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills, a strong product innovation mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to learn quickly. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
