BD Manager (Web3 / RWA)

Our client is a global fintech that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

• Focus on high-net-worth individuals, Web3 whales, and community resources; design and execute customized RWA product sales strategies and drive deployment.
• Deeply cultivate core Web3 client groups (DAOs, exchange VIP clients, KOL networks, whale communities); build trust relationships; facilitate large asset allocations.
• Plan online/offline events (AMAs, closed-door roadshows, etc.); precisely convey RWA product value and compliance advantages.
• Build a tiered client management system with long-term dedicated service to improve repeat business.

Requirements

• 3+years of experience selling to ultra-high-net-worth clients (private banking / family office) or Web3-community BD background.
• Familiar with front-end crypto-exchange operations; strong data-analysis and community-influence assessment ability.
• Understanding of RWA asset-operating models; able to independently drive 0-to-1 asset allocation for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong resource-monetization ability; own network of clients with $1M+ in assets or community resources preferred.
