Delivery Technical Manager

Our client is a global fintech that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities

1. Own the delivery of digital technology products and solutions across AI, cloud-native, mobile, data, security, and related domains, including delivery standards, specifications, and platform capability building.
2. Own end-to-end project delivery—from blueprint planning, requirements gathering, delivery and implementation architecture design, development, testing, and deployment—ensuring the delivered solution aligns with the intended architecture design.
3. Build strong technical architecture capabilities through project delivery experience and propose optimizations for major solution designs.
4. Continuously develop and optimize the delivery technology stack and tooling while accumulating industry best practices and client knowledge.
5. Understand and track industry trends; monitor business and product changes during project delivery to help clients make timely decisions and maximize business value.
6. Support AI product deployment using LLM technologies in projects, including (but not limited to) intelligent planning and customer service scenarios.

Requirements

1. Proficient in at least one of Java, Python, or Golang; familiar with data structures and algorithms, with solid software engineering practices.
2. Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture design and development; experience with large-scale distributed system architecture is preferred.
3. Experience deploying AI projects; familiar with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, and AI agent development.
4. Understanding of SofaStack architecture; able to support complex SofaStack-based project delivery. Prior experience is preferred.
5. Industry expertise is preferred, with experience delivering projects in the financial services industry (e.g., banking, insurance). Cross-industry project experience is a plus.
6. Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
7. Strong ability to work under pressure and execute effectively; willing to travel for business as required.
